Job Description

Reports to: General Manager / CEO

Job Purpose

To oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects to ensure quality, time, and budget adherence.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Develop project scopes, work plans, and timelines.
Manage project staff, including engineers and site supervisors.
Coordinate procurement and logistics with relevant departments.
Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Communicate regularly with clients and report on project milestones.
Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation.

Required Skills or Experience

Eduaction

Minimum qualification: Degree

Skills/Competencies

Strong project management and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and contracts.
Experience in budgeting and resource planning.
Good interpersonal and reporting skills.
Worked in construction is an advantage.

N:B: Must reside in Accra and be able to easily commute to and from Circle
