Job Description

A modern television station utilizing cutting-edge broadcasting technologies seeks a skilled and experienced TV Manager. This role involves overseeing television operations, managing programming, ensuring high-quality production standards, and leading on-air talent, with a strong focus on marketing strategies to enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities

The successful TV Manager will manage and coordinate various aspects of the station's operations, including:

Programming Management:

Develop and oversee the television programming schedule.
Collaborate with content creators to curate and produce engaging content.

Production Oversight:

Ensure high-quality production standards are maintained across all broadcasts.
Coordinate with technical staff to optimize broadcasting equipment and processes.

Audience Engagement and Marketing:

Analyze viewer ratings and feedback to enhance programming and audience satisfaction.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase viewer engagement and drive revenue growth.
Foster partnerships with advertisers and sponsors to maximize profitability and brand presence.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of on-air talent and production staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in television management, broadcasting, and a strong marketing background.
Strong knowledge of production processes and programming strategies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
