Printing and Supply of Branded Shirts

A consortium of organizations; ChildFund Korea, Children Believe and AG CARE Ghana, being financed by KOICA are implementing a project; “Quality and Inclusive Early Childhood Education Services for all children Phase 2 (QAIECE 2)” in the East and West Mamprusi Municipalities of the North East Region of Ghana. The project seeks to ensure quality kindergarten basic education opportunities to support the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial development of 4–5-year-old children
AG CARE Ghana in partnership with Children Believe and ChildFund Korea intends to print branded shirts.
AG CARE Ghana, therefore, now invites sealed bids for the production and supply of branded shirts as detailed below (QAIECE-2/BS/01/25).

100% cotton, 300 grams collar white shirts with four (4) logos embroidered on them (two in front and one on each sleeve). With an inscription at the back of the shirt.

How To Apply

Interested bidders should visit our office and inspect samples of shirt design as required.

Interested eligible bidders shall submit a sealed envelope containing the following documents:

Cover Letter expressing interest, time of delivery, terms and conditions of payment.
A stamped invoice detailing; quantity, unit price, total cost, and all applicable statutory tax.
Valid Registrar General Certificate & Certificate of Incorporation of company
Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid VAT Registration Certificate
Valid PPA Certificate
Experience with similar work.
A sample of a branded shirt.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Ghana Cedis and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of tender.
All supplies or items shall be delivered to the Project Office in Walewale
Completed bid documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bidder’s Name and Reference Number of items and delivered on or before 21st July 2025 at 4:00 pm.
Late bids will be rejected.
Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
