• Contract: Full-time 
• Location: Tema   
• Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Purpose
Support arrangement and organisation, customer service, local marketing, and assist with small deliveries as assigned.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrange products on shelves and keep display shelves neat.
• Assist customers with product info and selection and promote offers.
• Support shop deliveries/errands; handle basic packing.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activity.

Required Skills or Experience

• SHS or equivalent.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Prior spare parts retail and mechanic experience is an advantage.

• Neatness and attention to detail in displays.
• Reliability and teamwork.
• Phone with WhatsApp for marketing and daily reports.
