Job Description

A school located at Adenta-Ghana seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated and qualified Psychology Teacher to join its faculty. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level Psychology and a passion for inspiring students to explore human behavior and mental processes through an engaging, inquiry-based approach.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Psychology lessons in line with the Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level specifications.
Foster a stimulating classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, discussion and a love for learning.
Assess and report on student progress in accordance with school and Cambridge standards.
Provide academic support and guidance to students preparing for external examinations,

Required Skills or Experience

A degree in Psychology or a closely related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and/or A-Level Psychology is strongly required.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
