Job Description

We are looking for an experienced O&M Manager to lead our Operations & Maintenance projects. The role involves managing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with client contracts, and driving team performance to meet SLA and KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day O&M activities and ensure projects meet client and company standards.
• Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance and conduct site inspections.
• Manage budgets, fuel, spares, and consumables efficiently.
• Build strong client relationships and handle SLA/penalty discussions.
• Coach and develop O&M supervisors and teams.
• Ensure compliance with IMS, OHS, and quality procedures.

Required Skills or Experience

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Active & Passive maintenance.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecom/IT Engineering or (HND + 5 years managerial experience also acceptable).
