Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Maintenance Engineer to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on-site, ensuring systems and equipment run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The role involves site inspections, troubleshooting, and implementing technical solutions to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to detect anomalies and identify maintenance or improvement needs.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities according to safety and quality standards.
• Implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations management to ensure timely maintenance interventions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with corrective actions and improvement recommendations.
• Ensure continuous optimization of equipment and systems using best practices.

Required Skills or Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or technical services.
• Strong preventive and corrective maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of energy systems and technologies.
• Ability to work independently on-site with attention to safety.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree / HND in a technical field (Electrical, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, etc.).
