Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct Market Research: Identify potential customers and competitors, and analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies
- Develop Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement campaigns to promote IT products and services, including digital marketing initiatives
- Content Creation: Collaborate with teams to produce content such as blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
- Analyze Campaign Performance: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve ROI
- Manage Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to enhance brand awareness and loyalty
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Support Sales Teams: Assist with lead generation and nurturing tactics to support the sales team
- Stay Updated: Keep up with digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the most effective strategies are used.
Required Skills or Experience
- Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Content Management: Experience with content management systems (CMS) and creating engaging content for various platforms
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- CRM Software: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of web technologies and IT products to effectively market them
- Project Management: Skills in managing marketing projects, including budgeting and timeline management
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design.
