With an expand presence in Ghana, we are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and optimize our office’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for both hardware and software systems.

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and tech-savvy IT Manager to join our growing team.

 This is not an executive role — we’re seeking someone who can manage systems, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly.
 Age Limit: Applicants must be 30 years old or below.
 University students and fresh graduates with strong IT knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage basic IT infrastructure, software installations, and updates
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support the website and platform updates
• Work with internal teams to handle basic system and tech support

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of 3+ years of IT management experience, preferably in a corporate or logistics environment. Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, Website management, coding, networking (LAN/WAN), cloud solutions, Software and hardware skills and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of IT systems, websites, and tools
• Reliable, hardworking, and organized
• Ability to learn fast and work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

 Location: Accra, Ghana
 Working Hours: Monday–Friday (occasional weekend support if needed)
