About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to serve as a Customer Service Associate at our Customer service centres for Telecom services and online sales points. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Great and assist customers at the pick-up location
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams on order status
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the pick-up area
  • Report on daily pick-up activity and customer feedback
  • Register and activate SIM cards following compliance procedures
  • Process mobile money deposits, withdrawals, and wallet inquiries
  • Educate customers on data bundles, promotions, and handset options
  • Resolve complaints or escalate unresolved issues to supervisors
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and daily reports

Required Skills or Experience

  • SHS certificate or higher; HND/Diploma in Business, IT, or related field is an advantage
  • Previous experience in customer service, Ecommerce, mobile money, or telecom operations preferred
  • Tech-savvy with good knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Must be trustworthy, well-spoken, and customer-first in attitude
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
