Job Description About the Role As a Senior Data Analyst you will lead complex analyses that inform strategic decisions across our delivery, operations, fundraising, and product teams. You will provide clean, reliable, and actionable insights that enable our teams and partners to act on real-world data from the field. We would like to see a minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced analytics role in similar environments for this role. In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, project managers, and global health partners to improve the efficiency and impact of our projects. You’ll help Simprints and its funders understand patterns of biometric usage, drive operational excellence, and shape strategic decisions with evidence-backed insights. You should be comfortable building robust queries and models, creating dashboards, analysing complex datasets, and building reporting mechanisms that guide teams to data-driven decisions. Department Overview Primary Function: The Delivery team at Simprints is responsible for the successful implementation of our biometric solutions in the field. They work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly, meeting both technical and operational requirements to deliver maximum impact. Key Goals
