• Job Location: Kumasi

Job Duties

• Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Conducts market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Coordinates with service team to ensure timely and efficient delivery, assembling and maintenance of machines.
• Manages sales and service teams to ensure success.
• Prepares and presents reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Stays updated on product knowledge and industry developments and attending business conferences.
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of five(5) years work experience in same or similar role preferably in an agricultural machinery company.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• A minimum of postgraduate degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
