We Are Hiring Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze findings, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements with precision.
• Handle Company Secretarial duties, including Board support and regulatory filings.
• Demonstrate experience in two or more legal areas such as Fintech, Technology, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, or the Downstream Energy sector.
• Perform legal and company secretarial functions independently while upholding high ethical standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of a professional legal certification
• 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance.
