• Contract Type: One-year renewable contract

Job Summary
To implement and manage the Credit/Lending strategy of the company, including loan recovery efforts to minimize credit risk and ensure portfolio health.

Key Responsibilities

• Align credit operations with the company’s overall corporate strategy
• Manage credit and lending risk, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify and generate profitable, low-risk loan opportunities
• Lead efforts in the recovery of outstanding loans and debts, including follow-up with delinquent clients and working with legal or collection agencies where necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records, and submit regular loan performance and recovery reports to Management and relevant stakeholders

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of a First Degree or HND from an accredited university or institution
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in credit management, lending, or a related field
• Proven experience in loan recovery and credit risk management is highly desirable
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
