We are a fast-growing agro-processing and export company committed to delivering high-quality agricultural products to both local and international markets. Our operations span sourcing from smallholder farmers, value-added processing, and export logistics. As we scale our impact and reach, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our financial operations

Role Summary:
The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s entire financial function including planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and operational discipline to support our production, export, and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage cash flow, receivables, and payables efficiently
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements
• Lead internal controls and risk assessments
• Oversee payroll, supplier payments, and inventory valuations
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
• Provide strategic financial insights to management for growth planning

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certification—e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA—is a strong advantage)
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in agro-processing, manufacturing, or export-driven industries
• Proven knowledge of export documentation, foreign exchange management, and ERP/accounting systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Integrity, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-currency transactions is an advantage
