As we expand our footprint and deepen value across the agricultural value chain, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team and help drive sound financial strategy, operational efficiency and investment readiness.
Role Overview
As Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial health of the organisation, ensure robust financial systems and provide strategic insights to support business growth. You will lead all core finance functions including planning, budgeting, reporting, audit and treasury while also supporting fundraising and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Design and manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital and optimise financial efficiency
- Supervise accounting operations, regulatory compliance, tax and audits
- Provide financial modelling and analysis to support investment decisions
- Partner with leadership to develop funding proposals and investor materials
- Liaise with banks, auditors, external consultants and regulatory bodies
- Implement and improve internal controls and ERP systems
- Support due diligence processes for grants, investors and partners
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA/ACCA/CA is a strong advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably in agribusiness, logistics or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, reporting tools and business analysis
- Knowledge of Ghanaian tax laws, IFRS and statutory requirements
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience with fundraising or investment documentation is a plus
