Join us as a Coordinator, Management Control and Reporting, and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and strategic impact across the organization.
 
What will your role be? 
The Coordinator, Management Control and Reporting, provides key indicators for the company's strategic and operational management. He/she plays a strategic role in designing and producing reports, developing strategic directions and budgets, analyzing variances, and proposing optimization plans. 
 
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN MISSIONS
  • Oversight of the Management Control Function
  • Budget and Forecast Management
  • Design and Production of Reports
  • Ad hoc analytical works
  • Team Management
ACTIVITIES
  • Oversee the Management Control Function
  • Contribute to defining the strategic directions of Advans Ghana in collaboration with General Management.
  • Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, providing recommendations to operational departments for necessary adjustments.
  • Optimize costs and ensure budget compliance.
  • Implement dashboards and monitoring indicators.
  • Track the financial and operational performance of Advans Ghana.
Budget and Forecast Management
  • Organize the budgeting process and ensure coordination between the various departments and divisions.
  • Review and consolidate budgets to establish a reliable overall budget.
  • Monitor actual performance against the budget and propose adjustments to General Management if necessary.
Development and Production of Reports
  • Design and produce monthly operational reports to monitor performance and facilitate decision-making.
  • Ensure data reliability while optimizing its presentation.

Required Skills or Experience

You have a: 
Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to data-related work
