BREDA-Baptist Child Development Program is a Non-governmental organization and an implementing partner to Children Believe (CB). We operate in Northern, and Savannah regions. The districts we operate in are; Tolon, Kumbungu, and Central Gonja. Our interventions are; Education, Health and Nutrition, WASH, and Sustainable Livelihood. We have children at the heart of our implementations, therefore child protection and gender are cross cutting interventions.

Job Description

INVITATION FOR TENDER. (IFT)-CONSTRUCTION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTRE.

Baptist Child Development Program (B.C.D.P) is a church based local NGO founded out of the Ghana Baptist Convention (G.B.C.) and its office is based in Nyankpala. BCDP works in Tolon; Kumbungu, Sagnarigu and Central Gonja Districts of Northern and Savanna Regions of Ghana respectively.
BCDP in Partnership with Children Believe works with deprived Communities using appropriate interventions such as Education, Health and Nutrition, Child Protection and Participation, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion, Economic Empowerment and Youth Employability Skills and other cross cutting themes in Disaster Risk Management in providing enabling environment for the holistic development of the child.

Job Description
The Organization intends to apply its budgetary support from Children Believe to fund eligible payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTRE WITH 2 UNIT URINAL AND A 4-SEATER KVIP AT GBULAHIGU IN THE TOLON DISTRICT OF THE NORTHERN REGION.

BREDA-Baptist Child Development Program in partnership with Children Believe invite sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the project below.

REFERENCE: TBCDP/ECDC/CB/01/2025.

1. Construction of Early Childhood Development Centre with a 2 Units Urinal and a 4 seater KVIP	1	Masonry works on wall and floor. Carpentry works on roof, ceiling doors and windows. Electrical work Painting works.

Inspect and purchase Tender documents at BREDA-Baptist Child Development Office in Nyankpala for a non- refundable fee of Gh¢ 500.00
The Tender document can be picked between the hours of 8:30 am to 5pm
Completed tender document should be submitted on or before June 30, 2025
including soft copy to the mail’s provided.
Potential tenderers must submit the following relevant documents Registrar General Certificates, Power of attorney, Work and Housing Certificate, SSNIT clearance, Tax Clearance Certificate, Labour Certificate.
Tender Security amount equivalent to 2% of the tender price.
