JOB PURPOSE

 Manage customer requests, complaints, communication, education and new initiatives to deliver excellent customer experience of inclusive insurance clients]

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner according to the approved Turn-Around Times - TATs)
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and insights for process improvement
  • Manage Premium Reconciliations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with other departments to support in the timely delivery of services to clients
  • Implement sensitization and awareness programs in collaboration with the distribution team
  • Lead On-field Customer/Market engagements to identify needs and trends
  • Manage customer communication
  • Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports as per Standard Operating Procedures of the Department
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader, Head of Department, or the business.

Required Skills or Experience

  • First degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1 or 2 years post national service experience in a data driven role.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical and numeracy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship with strong ethics and values
  • Must be confident and passionate and have the drive to self-develop and succeed.
  • Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office suites [Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word
