Required Skills or Experience

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, particularly those related to pesticide and herbicide use. 
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing safety procedures. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and advise employees. 
• Ability to conduct thorough investigations of incidents and recommend corrective actions. 
• Strong organizational skills to manage records, training programs, and other HSE activities. 
• A relevant HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is often preferred.
