Job Description

A shipping and logistics company in Tema is looking for vibrant, self-motivated candidates to fill the following roles

Key Responsibilities

Lead logistics operations
Scale and optimize fleet and warehousing
Manage clients and contracts
Lead team performance and regional expansion
Maintain lean project cargo operations

Required Skills or Experience

Preferred Background

10+ years in logistics (freight forwarding and asset-led operations)
Proven results in scaling logistics
Experience in managing P & L

Preferred Skills/Certifications

MBA/Msc preferred in related field
Freight forwarding and transport operations
Strong leadership & cross functional skills
