Job Description

Reports to: General Manager / Admin Manager

Job Purpose

To supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team to ensure a clean, hygienic, and orderly environment across all company premises and project sites.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Assign daily cleaning tasks and monitor completion by the cleaning staff.
Ensure all areas including offices, washrooms, and common areas are cleaned according to schedule.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Inspect work areas and report maintenance needs or hazards.
Train new cleaners on health and safety procedures and proper use of equipment.
Prepare simple shift schedules and performance reports.
Liaise with admin and operations teams for special cleaning assignments.

Required Skills or Experience

Eduaction

Minimum qualification: SHS or higher

Skills/Competencies

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and sanitation standards.
Basic supervisory and team coordination skills.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to manage time and work under minimal supervision.
Good communication and reporting skills.

N:B: Must reside in Accra and be able to easily commute to and from Circle
