Role of the BAO

• Recruit and manage a minimum of 13 Life planners across branches to achieve core KPIs
• Assist the Life planner in prospecting and closing sales
• Monitoring, Supervision, and motivating of assigned LPs to achieve the set KPI
• Act as a Life Planner for a branch in the temporary absence of the branch

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of 1st degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years working in the area sales (Life Planner) or sales management
• Must have demonstrated team leadership skills
• Must have track record of excellent performance and good behaviour
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have excellent use of Information technology to achieve results
• Must be analytical and ethical
