• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice giving client great experience with the brand.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle Customer inquiries, returns, and exchange in compliance with complain policy.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing  or a related discipline
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage
• A passion for fashion and providing exceptional Customer service
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
