Job Description

• Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital platforms including blog posts, newsletters, landing pages, and social media updates.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X), including scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance.
• Marketing Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning. Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, PPC, and social advertising.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect a consistent brand message and tone of voice.

Required Skills or Experience

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably with digital focus.
• Strong understanding of website CMS (e.g., WordPress), SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
• Ability to conduct research and interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
