Job Description

Job Summary
This role involves managing all social platforms to promote the company’s services, employer brand, client success stories, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will create engaging, industry-relevant content tailored to business decision-makers, recruitment prospects, and international partners. They will monitor digital trends, manage paid campaigns, ensure consistent brand voice, and drive measurable growth in audience engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility. A strong grasp of B2B marketing, digital analytics, and global communication dynamics is essential for success in this role.
 
Role Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a clear, goal-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives for each client.
  • Team Oversight: Manage and mentor Social Media Assistant(s), overseeing task delegation, workflow, and quality control.
  • Content Direction: Guide content creation across platforms, ensuring brand consistency, audience relevance, and campaign alignment.
  • Content Creation: Design compelling visual and written content aligned with client branding.
  • SEO-Optimised Copywriting: Write and review SEO-friendly copy for posts, captions, and social content to enhance search visibility and audience targeting.
  • Analytics Reporting: Produce weekly/monthly reports that interpret metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
  • Content Grid Planning: Maintain a content calendar and grid to ensure consistent publishing and alignment with campaigns.
  • Post Scheduling: Schedule posts using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Image Editing: Edit images using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Lightroom to match branding and platform requirements.
  • Video Editing: Create and edit short videos or reels using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or InShot.
  • Engagement Growth: Implement community-building strategies to boost interaction and organic growth across platforms, increasing brand reach and credibility
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, viral content formats, and best practices in the BPO digital marketing space.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure messaging cohesion and support lead generation.
Corporate Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the delivery of business and corporate plans for your area;
  • Supporting continuous improvement in your areas of responsibility;
  • Taking a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring any risks and issues identified are addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated; 
  • Ensuring value for money and quality outcomes are achieved in all activities;
  • Being fully aware of and compliant with the business policies and procedures relevant to your area of responsibilities and corporate policies and procedures, including the Staff Handbook, GDPR & Privacy Policies;
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the company’s business products, processes, and operations and remaining up-to-date on industry news;
  • Performing any other reasonable duties as directed by line management. This list should not be regarded as exhaustive, and the post holder will be expected to deliver other duties relevant and appropriate to this post.

Required Skills or Experience

Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or BPO environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong grasp of SEO for social media copywriting and hashtag optimisation.
  • Strong writing skills with an understanding of tone, brevity, and brand voice.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Experience using scheduling platforms such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and collaborating across teams.
  • Creative mindset with data literacy; comfortable to interpret KPIs and adjust tactics accordingly.
