JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Manager will lead and manage the Reload Brands Ghana sales team to drive revenue growth, expand market share, ensure sustainable growth and build strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales excellence and team development.
 
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed sales plan.
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor performance of sales team and activities using key sales metrics.
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key growth areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and advise on how the company can make adjustments to improve performance.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to Management.
  • Collaborate with Merchandizers to align sales efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Provide after sales support services, including responding to product queries and complaint

Required Skills or Experience

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, preferably in pharmaceuticals, nutrition health or FMCG.
  • Proven work experience in Sales leadership in pharmaceuticals, nutrition health or FMCG.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Nutrition Health industry.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex medical information and terminology.
  • Familiar with regulations for Pharmaceutical and Nutrition Health industry in Ghana.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to prepare and manage Sales Budget.
  • Ability to provide quality leadership to Sales team.
  • Ability to set performance targets for Sales team, monitor and supervise their performance.
  • Motivate and guide Sales team to deliver on set targets.
  • Ability to identify learning and development needs of Sales team members.
  • Person with high integrity and good work ethics.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate positive attitude toward work.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent Presentation and Report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Sales and CRM software and tools.
