Role Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented and knowledgeable Sales Executive with proven experience in both the pharmaceutical and medical laboratory sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting products and services, and expanding the company’s client base within hospitals, pharmacies, medical labs, and diagnostic centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and medical laboratories.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and medical laboratory services to healthcare institutions and professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and product training for clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and negotiate deals to close sales.
- Conduct territory and market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and market positioning strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, targets, and market trends.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations in the healthcare and diagnostic space.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure service excellence.
Required Skills or Experience
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Biological Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy Technician, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales within a pharmaceutical company or medical laboratory environment.
- Strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology, products, and services.
- Existing network of clients or contacts in the healthcare space is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
