Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a young, energetic, and smart individual to join our team in a Merchandising role. We are looking for someone who is agile, willing to learn, and eager to build a long-term career in the garment and apparel industry.

Required Skills or Experience

Minimum Qualification

SSSCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Fashion, Textiles, Business, Marketing)

Ideal Candidate Qualities

Quick thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
Organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
Agile, proactive, and open to mentorship
Passionate about garment production and supply chain processes
Willing to grow within a fast-paced production environment
