Job Description

• Location: Accra Central ,Western Region and Brong Ahafo region and Northern Region

A reputable Ceramic Tiles manufacturing company  is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales officer   to oversee sales operations and support business growth in Ghana. The role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, building strong customer relationships.The ideal candidate will be hands-on, target-driven and also responsible for the maintenance of existing customers and the development of new customers. Need to visit customers on daily basis to collect customer feedback, real time market information, and competitor information.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across Ghana to increase product reach and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributor.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management for strategy adjustments.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Conduct regular field visits to track sales activities and gather insights on consumer behavior.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales performanreports

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales
• Strong understanding of the Ghanaian market and consumer buying pattern
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
