Job Description

• Company: An Agri-business company 

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations including transport, inventory, warehousing and deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to clients.
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper records of inventory, deliveries and transportation costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory and operational procedures.
• Identify and resolve any logistical issues or delays proactively.
• Support the fleet management team with vehicle scheduling and maintenance tracking 

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or other tertiary certification, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in logistics or transport operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics software, routing systems and inventory tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics tracking systems.
• Knowledge of transport regulations and fleet management is an advantage.
