Job Description

Invitation for Tenders

School for Life plans to procure Stationery, Furniture, School Uniforms and other learning Resources for its operations under the various projects it implements. The delivery of these items is expected to be made to the School for Life Head Office in Tamale, Northern Region of Ghana.

School for Life therefore invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the procurement of the Lots of items below as per the quantities and specifications contained in the Tender document. Tendering will be conducted through Competitive Tendering process.

Lot 1– Stationery and Other Supplies (Delivery at North East Region)
Lot 2 – Furniture (Delivery at North East Region)
Lot 3 – School Uniforms (Delivery at North East Region)
Lot 4 – Stationery and Other Supplies (Delivery at Oti Region and Northern Region)
Lot 5 – Stationery and Other Supplies (Delivery at Ashanti Region)

How To Apply

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain a complete set of Tender documents upon request from the Logistics Officer through email via abdulmukit@schoolforlifegh.org . Further information may be obtained from the Finance Manager via 0246234863 or bushira@schoolforlifegh.org from now until 19th August 2025 Between 9am to 5pm.

Tenders must be delivered to the Finance Manager in person at the School for Life Head office, Number 69 IV, Naa Luro Estate, Choggu, Tamale not later than 19th August 2025 at 5pm or through email via abdulmukit@schoolforlifegh.org with bushira@schoolforlifegh.org in copy. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives. Late Tenders will not be accepted.

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender documents, certificates of registration with the Registrar Generals Department, VAT Certificate and a Tax Clearance certificate.
