Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and energetic Area Sales Lead to deliver on our activations and promotions strategy within Accra-Central Area. Our Sales Leads are responsible sales leadership and ongoing supervision of our pop-up stands and promotion locations within the Area. 

Responsibilities

• Training, managing and leading our outdoor sales teams
• Preparing and delivering fun and engaging sales content
• Assist customers with their purchases, including answering questions about products and helping them find what they are looking for.
• Assist with promoting and upselling products to meet sales targets
• Inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Provide feedback to the Store Lead about customer needs and preferences among others
• Store operations support as and when required

Required Skills or Experience

• Outdoor activations and promotions leadership experience preferred
• Previous sales team, retail or customer service leadership experience preferred
• Highly confident and engaging public speaker
• Fluent English and either Twi or Ga
• National diploma or higher 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must reside within easy access to Accra Central

Working Conditions
​The Area Sales Lead will work in a retail environment, which may include standing for extended periods of time and working weekends and holidays. 

Total Compensation

• Salary plus team bonus on attainment of individual target.
