Job Description

  • Contract Type: One-year renewable contract

Job Purpose
To actively promote and sell the Bank’s designated products to a specific target market, meet monthly sales targets, and support overall customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for and acquire new clients within the assigned target segment
  • Promote and sell the Bank’s products to achieve set sales targets
  • Manage enquiries from existing customers and escalate issues to the appropriate bank officials when necessary
  • Generate customer referrals and convert them into new business
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships to support business growth
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to client needs and requests

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • Strong sales drive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Smart, aggressive, and willing to go the extra mile to close sales
  • A team player with a professional and presentable demeanor

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs
