• Contract: Full-time 
• Location: Tema   
• Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Purpose
Manage day-to-day shop operation and management performance: sales growth, stock safety, cash control, shop arrangemnt and cleaniness, and customer experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Open and close shop; ensure cleanliness, shop operation and proper parts arrangement.
• Sell and promote products; manage upselling and customer service.
• Daily cash handling: reconcile cash, prepare sales report accordingly and keep sales records.
• Maintain accurate stock books and file; report low stock and ensure stock consistency with master stock sheet .
• Supervise shop assistant/marketer.
• Work hard to ensure Sales targets are always met.

Required Skills or Experience

• Diploma/HND in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 1–3 years retail sales/cashier experience.
• Knowledge in spare parts retail and wholesaling is an advantage.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping.
