Job Description

  • Contract: Full-time 
  • Location: Tema   
  • Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Purpose
Grow customer base and drive promotions to lift sales across from prospective clients from construction,mining, hualage, transport and manufacturing industries. And to be able to build an execellent and cordial business relations with them.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing schedules and engagement measure results.
  • Prospect for new customers  
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers.
  • Coordinate with shop supervisors and management on parts sales and demand.
  • Provide working marketing and execution  plan.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
  • 1–3 years sales/BD experience; retail/FMCG preferred.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Prospecting and negotiation.
  • Planning promotions and basic data analysis.
  • Presentation and relationship management.

Tools/Systems Used

  • Email marketing and follow up.
  • WhatsApp/phone marketing
  • Visit to conversion(sales or purchase) rate.
  • Number of engagement activities run per month.
