Job Description

A Company located at Teshie Nungua wants the services of a Store Keeper/Inventory Officers

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and locations. 
  • Ensuring optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. 
  • Receiving and dispatching goods, managing stock levels, and recording stock movement. 
  • Conducting regular inventory audits and physical counts to ensure accuracy. 
  • Organizing and managing warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of inventory. 
  • Ensuring proper storage conditions to maintain the quality of goods. 
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. 
  • Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
  • Reporting on stock variances and any other required documentation to track inventory performance. 
  • Implementing inventory management policies and procedures. 
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize inventory levels. 
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. 
  • Using computerized inventory systems to enter records and manage inventory.

Required Skills or Experience

  • HND 
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Candidates must live around Teshie Nugua and its environs.
