Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation, organization, and security of our warehouse. The role involves overseeing warehouse attendants, managing stock movements, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, maintain, and secure the warehouse efficiently.
• Ensure proper implementation of documentation (GRN, Delivery Notes).
• Supervise and support warehouse attendants, ensuring their safety and performance.
• Oversee stock movement, goods receipt, and dispatch processes.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts and ensure stock records are accurate.
• Coordinate with logistics and transport agents for smooth material supply.
• Be available for emergency warehouse needs (24/7 accessibility).

Required Skills or Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of stock management and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Education:

• HND/Degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or a related field.
