Job Description

• Provide a visual security presence to ensure that the visitors have a safe and pleasant experience while visiting the center. Ensure that all electronic and mechanical systems relating to security are functioning properly.   Responsible for guard force management at all VACs.
• Safeguard and protect company assets and provide a safe and secure work environment for employees, vendors, contractors & visitors.
• Ensure life safety of all inside VAC and institute loss prevention measures to prevent incidents/accidents.
• Recommend Countermeasures to ensure security of people, assets and processes in regular consultations with Operations teams.
• Accountable for maintenance of automation security systems
• Ensure implementation of security policies and procedures. Prepare, plan, coordinate, and manage an inspection program for compliance by business interests with best practices of physical security policies & requirements.
• Ensure reporting and handling of security incidents.
• Involved in Security operation such as ID administration, log review and monitoring.
• Participate in investigations of suspected information security misuse or in compliance reviews as requested by auditors and/or Conduct investigations as mandated by Head Corporate Security.
• Assist in testing and maintaining the technologies and system hardening baselines.   Perform corporate security risk assessments when, and where, appropriate via problem and change management systems.

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of a first degree, preferably in sociology and social work.   
• 4 years' work experience in a security related field.
• Must have high level of integrity, commitment, and entrepreneurial skill.
• Should be able to work in Teams i.e team player.
• Must possess high level of discipline with the ability to adhere to SOP's.
