A trusted ICT and Telecommunications Company in Ghana is looking for Project Officer for immediate employment

Job Purpose

Project Officer assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. They will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and ensure that the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to develop project plans and timelines.
• Meet with clients to take details ordering brief and clarify specification requirement of each project
• Help Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Assist in defining project goals, scope, and deliverables
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure that stakeholders are updated regularly on project status and potential risks or delays
• Track project progress and ensure that milestones are met according to schedule
• Identify and report on project risks and issues, suggesting solutions or mitigating actions when necessary
• Monitor resource usage and provide support in resource allocation to avoid bottlenecks
• Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and updated, including project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's degree  in  Project  Management/Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering/ or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise networking or telecommunications industry
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning, executing, and closing projects
• Ability to assess complex project details, identify risks, and propose solutionS
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with engineers and other stakeholders
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
