The Opportunity
The client is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Development Finance and a deep understanding of Ghana’s financial sector. Familiarity with work of development cooperation partners will be an advantage. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and doer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development efforts, including client engagement, opportunity scoping, and partnership building.
• Develop compelling concept notes, technical proposals, and expressions of interest for donor agencies, DFIs, and MDAs.
• Provide strategic oversight on the planning and execution of industry-related projects, while leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality across all project phases.
• Represent the firm at high-level meetings, workshops, and industry events.

Required Skills or Experience

What you Bring

• At least 10 years of experience in project management, development finance, or financial sector consulting in Ghana. International expereince will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in business development and proposal writing for donor-funded, private sector or government-led initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Ghana’s financial landscape, including regulatory frameworks, investment climate, and development priorities.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Development Finance or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
