Job Description

Locations: Tema, Spintex, North Industrial Area and Kumasi

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Worker to join our production team. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing process by performing various tasks such as assembly, packaging, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly and production of goods
Pack and package finished products for shipping.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets
Follow instructions and procedures to ensure efficient production
Perform other tasks as required by the production team

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

Minimum WASSCE Certificate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
Team player with good communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
