Job Description

• Prospect, engage, and convert SME and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell Super Tech solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to management.

Required Skills or Experience

• HND/Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience selling ICT and Cyber solutions to SMEs in Ghana.
• Strong portfolio of past sales achievements with proven client network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
