Job Description

• Review legal contracts and documents and advice accordingly by liaison with company lawyers. 
• Represent the company at Court and other legal related meetings. 
• Organize case file accordingly and set reminders on court cases, legal meetings and others. 
• Prepare appropriate witnesses and witness statements for court. 
• Prepare monthly and quarterly legal reports. 
• Drafting and organizing legal documents. 
• Support case and trial preparations. 
• Help attorneys prepare motions, legal arguments and other parts of a case. 
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks including filing paperwork for court, answering phones and sending emails. 
• Organizing and maintaining legal paperwork, files, exhibits and other important information for clients. 

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification

• Degree in Commercial Law (Preferred), LLB or similar background with five (5) years of working experience with rich court experience.
• Legal working experience in the automobile or real estate industry would be an added advantage.
