Job Description

Locations: Tema, Kotoku and Kumasi

Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure the efficient and safe production of goods. This role involves setting up equipment, conducting quality checks, and troubleshooting issues to produce high-quality products in accordance with company specifications and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment, including setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance
Meet production targets and quality standards, following established procedures and guidelines
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve issues
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

Minimum WASSCE certificate, technical training or certification.
1-2 years of experience in machine operation or a related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
