Our client is seeking a results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Associate to spearhead their growth strategy.

Role Summary

This role combines client relationship management, business expansion, and innovative marketing, while fostering strong cross-departmental collaboration to strengthen Blossom Corporate Training’s market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing new client opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, government agencies, and institutional partners.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms.
  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and bid submissions.
  • Oversee content creation, campaigns, and events to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Track, analyse, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to measure Return On Investment.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, including market expansion, new service offerings, and cross-functional projects.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial standards, and data privacy requirements.
  • Manage client contracts and negotiations to secure and sustain successful partnerships.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in business development and/or marketing, ideally within education, training, or capacity-building institutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage small teams.
