Invitation to Tender (ITT)

Construction of Early Childhood Education Centre with sanitary facilities at Garizegu R/C Primary School in the Sagnarigu Municipality of Northern Ghana.

Markaz Al Bishara Child Development Program in partnership with Children Believe is to construct an Early Childhood Centre in Garizegu R/C Primary School in the Sagnarigu Municipality. The project is to provide and improve Early Childhood Education opportunities for children between the ages of 4-5 years in the community.
The project will include the construction of sanitary facilities; 2-unit urinal and 4-seater KVIP toilet.

Markaz Al Bishara Child Development Program invite sealed tenders from eligible Contractors registered with the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing in the category of D3K3 and above for the project below:

A contractor will be selected under a competitive tendering method through the evaluation procedure in accordance with tendering process and procedures as outline in the guidelines and regulations of Markaz Al Bishara and PPA procurement regulations.

The duration for completion of the project is six (6) months starting from the day of contract award.

How To Apply

Tender documents may be inspected and purchased at Markaz Al Bishara Child Development Program office for a non-refundable fee at GH₵300.00 form 4th June, 2025. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security amount equivalent to 2% of tenderer’s price in the form of Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Company.

Tenderers shall be delivered to the office Administrator, Markaz Al Bishara Child Development Program, Tamale on or before close of work on 23rd of June, 2025. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenderers are to submit their completed tenders with the following relevant documents:

Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid Business Registration Certificate
Valid Certificate of Incorporation
Valid Certificate of Commencement
Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
Valid Registration Certificate of PPA
Power of Attorney, if necessary

Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the time and venue stated in the table above.
