Job Description

A Reputable Multinational Company

JOB PURPOSE

The successful applicant shall be responsible for safeguarding and growing revenue for the Organization through acquisition and retention of business. He/ She shall keep customers updated on business development The role reports to the Sales Manager.

ROLE SPECIFIC

Evaluates business opportunities.
Monitors and evaluates marketing plans.
Identifies, contacts and establishes new business through effective approaches.
Develops marketing presentations and generates business specific service level agreements
Maintains effective working relationships with internal suppliers such as the Sales Engineer and customers.
Provides account data to the Sales Manager for developing a sales plan and monitoring its implementation.
Uses relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Provides sales performance data to support management decision-making.

Required Skills or Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales in the Telecoms industry
Professional membership of a relevant professional body is a plus.

PERSON SPECIFIC

Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Possess a high degree of initiative, drive, confidence, and ability to enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Professional, flexible, and team-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
