We’re looking for a friendly, polished, and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team. At Confetti, we’re passionate about helping our customers find the perfect gift and delivering a delightful shopping experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm, professional manner
• Provide attentive and helpful service to customers throughout their visit
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor
• Replenish stock and ensure proper product display
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals

Working days & hours

• Shop opening hours are 8.30AM to 7.30PM, Monday to Saturday
•  Sales attendant get two rotating off days and 30 days paid annual leaves after having completed 12 months of continuous service

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: GHS 1,600 – 1,800 (based on experience)
• Sales commissions to reward individual performance
• Quarterly performance bonuses (new program launching soon!)

Required Skills or Experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of SHS (Senior High School) education; post-secondary qualification is a plus
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, inventory software) are an advantage
• Polite, dependable, and eager to learn
• A keen eye for detail and appreciation for quality products
