Job Description

We are loking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in communication, business, or related field is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles (retail, call centers, hospitality) is highly valued.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or Zendesk), email platforms, and basic office tools (Word, Excel)
